I hold my classes in one of the most interesting areas of Rio de Janeiro, Santa Teresa. Santa Teresa is an artist community near the city centre. The traditional neighbourhood is set among remarkable examples of colonial architecture and is filled with galleries, boutique art shops, cafés, and excellent restaurants.

For an additional 10% of the price, classes can be held at the students’ home or workplace. If I am not available, I can refer the student to another qualified teacher in my network..

How to Get Here:

1. Take the Metro to Gloria Station and walk up the street for 12 minutes.
2. Take the Metro to Gloria Station and get a motorcycle taxi up the hill (there is a very reliable Motto Taxi stop at the bottom of my street for R$2.50)
3. At Rua da Carioca in the City Centre, take any bus to Santa Teresa and get off at CURVELO.
4. Get a taxi. Taxis in Rio are very cheap.
5. Drive - easy parking nearby.
6. If you are staying at Santa Teresa, you can simply walk and enjoy the scenery!
